Prisma joined City Wide Facility Solutions in July 2025, bringing more than two decades of experience in hospitality, customer service, and marketing. Passionate about understanding what drives consumer behavior, she enjoys translating customer insights into strategic marketing initiatives, creative briefs, and brand direction that foster business growth and strengthen client relationships.

Her diverse background and collaborative mindset enable her to stay organized, support effective team communication, and approach challenges with creativity and purpose.

Originally from Texas, Prisma is always looking for new ways to explore her adopted community. Outside of work, she can often be found browsing local farmers’ markets, trying new restaurants, discovering Wichita’s hidden gems, enjoying a relaxing spa day, or spending a quiet evening at home with a good book, or a favorite movie.
